The integration between the SunModo Confgurator and Arclight must be setup before it can be used. See "" for details.

Users must have Add Parts from SunModo Configurator permission to add parts from SunModo Configurator projects to quotes, jobs, or invoices.

If the SunModo Configurator Integration is active and the user has permission to add parts to quotes, jobs, or invoices, an option called "FROM SUNMODO" will be shown when adding parts to a quote, job, or invoice.

When you tap on the "FROM SUNMODO" button a list of projects is displayed. Tap on a project to show the bill-of-materials generated by SunModo for the project.

Parts on the SunModo bill-of-materials that are found at your distributor will be displayed with an image, basic part information, quantity and current price (calculated from the latest distributor cost + margin).

These parts can be added to the parts section on the quote, job, or invoice.

Parts on the SunModo bill-of-materials that are not found at your distributor will be displayed with no image, a description of the part and the quantity scanned out. You must supply prices for these parts before they can be added to the quote, job, or invoice.

Select the option to only show parts found at your distributor to ignore these parts.

Choosing the option to replace all items on the quote, job , or invoice will remove all SunModo parts from the Parts and Miscellaneous items sections of the quote, job, or invoice.
