Getting There
- Select More from the Arclight main menu.
- Select Your Company Info from the More menu.
- Select Tax Rates.
Usage
Arclight applies selected tax rates to quotes, jobs, and invoices. Tax Rates are shown on quotes, jobs, and invoices.
QuickBooks Integration
If you are using Arclight to push invoices to QuickBooks you should ensure that taxes are setup in QuickBooks as well.
Arclight starts with a "Non-Taxable" rate defined by default. This tax rate cannot be edited or removed.
Managing Tax Rates
The following information is needed when creating or editing tax rates:

Newly created tax rates are available for selection on quotes and jobs immediately.

Deleting Tax Rates
Tax rates that are included on an active quote, job, or invoice cannot be delete.
